Shipping Guide
- All S.TREE products are handcrafted and personalized from scratch.
- It will take 2 weeks to 4 weeks to complete your jewelry from the date of purchase.
* Please note : Delivery time may vary depending on product design and delivery area.
International Orders
- Shipment takes an average of 7-14 business days after dispatch, but the exact timeline is subject to the customs clearance process.
- We recommend that all international customers provide a contact phone number with their order to avoid unnecessary delays.
* Please note: Import duties, taxes, or other charges are NOT included in the price of the product or the shipping fee. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your local post service agency before purchasing in regards to duties, custom regulations, etc...
Exchange & Return Guide
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
- We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances.
- If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange.
- Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- S.TREE reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Should you wish to make an exchange, you must get in touch with our customer service center.
- As we are sure you understand, S.TREE cannot exchange products that have been engraved or modified.
- If you encounter an issue with your purchase please reach out at Theyeowoon@theyeowoon.com and title the subject of your email “RETURN or EXCHANGE,”
followed by the order number.
* Please note : You may return your S.TREE creation in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags attached to them.
S.TREE will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way.
Refund Guide
- For a full refund, a refund request must be made within 24 hours of receipt.
- Any requests made after 24 hours, a penalty will be applied.
- Please check the penalty made after 24 hours below :
- 24 hours to 48 hours : 30% of penalty from a full amount of receipt.
- After 48 hours : No refund
